Will choc brown shower curtain look good against blue tile floors?
Brown and blue are very hot colors together. My bedroom is in chocolate brown and a shade of blue and I always get compliments. In fact, someone just told me the other day that it looks like a page straight out of a magazine. Don't be afraid of color! Cream, beige, and white are just too boring, and old style! These colors should bring some life into your bath. Be sure to add some candles in the same blue and brown and experiment with other things in this color palette that will make the room look finished, like towels, maybe a bath rug, pretty matching small soaps in a dish (for show only) etc. My best freind has one of her bathrooms in brown and blue and it is wonderful to look at.
if they are lite blue yes
Those colors are currently very popular and often look nice together (depending on hue, etc). The thing you want to note is whether or not there is lighting above the shower itself or if it is lit from a ceiling light that will be on the other side of the curtain. Heavy, dark shower curtains can make your shower itself very dark if there is not appropriate lighting. I learned that the hard way. It is not an insurmountable thing, but something you may want to think about.
A dark curtain will also visually cut off that part of the room, making your bathroom look smaller. But, for instance, if you had white walls and a white shower curtain (what a boring bathroom!), the room would look much larger. Make sense? I don't think it would be a mistake to use the dark brown shower curtain with the blue tile floors - just think through the effects of this in terms of the rest of the room.
I like to keep my shower curtain on the light side. It won't show the soapy fingerprints and towel lint, etc. that dark colors do.
Oh no you need cream or white or even lemon that would look nice. Blue & Brown does not go together at all.
Creams & light shades are classy personally i have a shower door may be that would solve your question.
awsome.those two colors are a match made in heaven.
