How do shower curtains and liners work?
if youre using both together, do you attach both the decorative curtain and the clear liner onto the same hooks that goes onto the top bar of the shower? or do you have to attach them to separate sets of hooks?
also, how do i know how many hooks to buy?

One set of hooks. Put hook thru both liner and hang in tub and it goes thru the cloth curtain that hangs outside the tub. Got it? One set of shower hooks are about 12, I think. They are packed todether. If U dont have enough, space them every other hole.
Yes, I attach the shower curtain and the liner on the same hooks and hand them on the rod. Generally, I purchase the liner/curtain and count the openings and then buy the right number of hooks to put it up.

Just buy 1 set. They are standard. Or if you want, buy the hooks that match to your curtain. Sometimes if you buy a curtain, hooks comes with it.
