Can a Fabric Shower Curtain Liner be used as a standalone shower curtain? Target is too confusing!?
It will get soaked, moldy, smelly, and the dyes could run and stain your tub. I would not recommend it.
Yes you can they are treated with a scotch guard water replant. My son left his soaking in a bathtub full of water for I don't know how long and it got a little stain on it. I wish I would have left it alone because after I washed it the water replant is gone and now it gets moldy and I have to wash it frequently. But yes you can use them they are coated from the factory.
I have a fabric shower curtain. I put a plastic shower curtain behind the fabric one and this keeps the water away from the fabric one
